Meet Our Physical Therapy Assistants
Richard Irby, PTA

Richard originally worked at JMP as an aide from 1995 until 1998, when he relocated to Sacramento to continue his physical therapy career. He attended Sacramento City College graduating with his Physical Therapy Assistant license in 2003. He then returned to Southern California, and has been with us as a PTA since 2005.

Prior to joining the JMP team, Richard served in the Marine Corps. He served from 1987-1994 and is a veteran of Desert Storm. He is currently working towards a Kinesiology Degree in Exercise Science from California State University, Northridge. Richard is married with a newborn baby girl. He enjoys family life, tennis, basketball and is an avid movie fan.
