Personal Trainer - Kelly McEnroe, CPT
For over 20 years, Kelly has been helping people achieve their fitness goals, whether it is weight loss, increased strength, muscle toning or flexibility. Kelly is a sports fanatic. She competed at an International level in her younger years. Today she enjoys cycling, swimming, skiing and general conditioning. Kelly's diverse background provides a unique resource for her clients. Her culinary experience, passion and understanding of food enable her to share valuable tips on weight loss and how to maximize peak performance through the food you eat. With an emphasis on core development you will learn how to improve from the inside out by strengthening the muscles that provide the foundation for all movement.
